Que Onda Tacos Tequila Uptown

This was my second visit, and I can confidently say it was much better than the first. We ordered the appetizer sampler and the combo tacos, giving us the chance to choose our favorite taco varieties. Everything was so delicious that we practically finished it all. The restaurant was quite busy, so our food took a little while to arrive. The appetizers and tacos came out together, which made it feel like we had an abundance of food. I would definitely return; their menu has a lot of tempting options. Also, be sure to check out their daily drink specials—on Fridays, they offer $5 gold margaritas!

This place was delicious! The guacamole tasted fresh and flavorful, I loved the onions in the Mexican rice, the tortillas are a tasty mix of flour and corn, and the pork I had in these tacos al pastor was so juicy and full of flavor. Oh and I can't forget the yummy strawberry margarita. Also my pupper gave his stamp of approval!

We visited this restaurant for dinner before the Charlotte FC game, and it was fantastic. My wife and I enjoy trying a variety of dishes to sample the menu, and everything we ordered was exceptional. We can't wait to return for the next home game! The carnitas were outstanding, the queso with chorizo was delicious, and the margaritas were superb. We also appreciated the samples of frozen margaritas. Overall, it was a great experience!

Food quality and taste was EXCELLENT. I had enchiladas and loaded churros for dessert. Do yourself a favor and try the loaded churros, what a dessert. I will be very objective here. The place only had one person waiting tables, so it took a bit to get helped. The waiter was great, he spoke to us both in Spanish and English. Even though the place was busy, he moved quick and we got our food in reasonable. Miguel was our waiter, he’s an all-star.
