Pizza Hut - Charlotte

This restaurant is constantly slow. It took 2 1/2 hours to receive my pizza.

I placed an order at 4:15 and arrived at the restaurant at 4:40, knowing I was early. By 5:30, they still couldn't find my order in their system. I tried to speak with the staff several times, but they were too busy with other tasks. Instead of updating me on my order, they focused on other customers. I won't be ordering from here again. After canceling my order and returning home, I received a call an hour later saying my order was ready. It was unnecessary to wait two hours for my order.

I had a frustrating experience trying to cancel my online delivery order from this restaurant. I called four different phone numbers with no answer, and there was no option to cancel the order online. I ended up having to physically drive to the restaurant to cancel the order. The lack of communication and difficulty cancelling the order was very disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

The people were great, but I ordered a personal pfanne pizza and a huh alfredo pasta page was told to me that they did not have any nudes to make pasta, it was replaced by boneless chicken, so not bad.

My pizza was very doughy like it was completely done, the sauce tastes different. My breadsticks and cinnamon bread was fine
