Pizza Hut - Charlotte

I called this Pizza Hut today. The manager was rude and hung up on me. It says family friendly on the website. I don't see how anyone would go there let alone work for someone that rude. Our company will be taking our business to another pizza place. By looking at the reviews i see why no one goes there.

I placed an order for delivery at 1:38. It is now 4:20. When I finally got through to the store, they advised that there was only one employee and they would be cancelling all delivery orders. I understand things happen by why wait 3 hours to inform me? Management needs to support their stores better in circumstances like this.

Pay attention to which half gets pineapple and notice that the whole pizza should have been with green peppers and pepperoni. Beyond that, please lower your prices. $22+ for a dozen wings is absolutely outrageous. And a $60+ total including the tip for food that was made wrong is worse thievery than taxes by the government. I’ll just make my own pizza next time thanks.

HORRIBLE!! There’s ALWAYS an issue with delivery! The wait is all day and you may NOT even receive your order AT ALL!! They don’t even follow up with customers for the bad service!I will NEVER recommend, nor order from this Pizza Hut again!!

This evening I went to place a order the young lady mask was so dirty I offered her one then a young man come from the back no mask no gloves I ask him to put a mask on he got upset ? then went the back when I was trying to decide what I want he started cutting up boxes then stop never wash his hand started making Pizza no gloves on Nevers wash his hands they were so ashy too. I change my I will cook my own dinner tonight I was turn off then the manger walking No mask on didn't was her hands took pizza out the oven the health department need to go there under cover
