Panera Bread - Charlotte

The woman who took our order, with her two-toned hair, was fantastic. She was so enthusiastic to be there and really helped make the busy airport atmosphere feel more relaxed! On top of that, the food was delicious. She suggested trying the green passion, and it was a great recommendation!

I visit this restaurant every week to grab my Baker's dozen of bagels. Firstly, it's an excellent deal! Secondly, it's the perfect spot for a quick business lunch. My favorite option is the "pick two," since it allows me to choose between a half sandwich and either soup or salad, depending on what I'm in the mood for. Parking can be a bit challenging now that everything has opened up again, but that just shows how popular this Panera location is. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and if there’s ever a mistake with my order, they're quick to resolve it with a smile!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The service was excellent, and the facility was spotless. One of the young ladies who worked there really stood out to me. When she saw a toddler fall and start crying inconsolably, she quickly took action. She gave him and another toddler some free cookies to cheer them up, and it worked like a charm! It was such a heartwarming moment.

I'm glad we got to try this place while waiting for our next flight. There are tablets that you can order your food but only a few worked. However, you can order at the counter. We ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese on chibatta bread, vanilla latte, bagel with cream cheese, and strawberry smoothie. When our other was ready, the lady told us that they didn't have the smoothie. But she was super nice!!! She refunded the money. We really liked the chibatta so we decided to get another one with two waters. They have us the chibatta free and have us a military discount! Very friendly! Also, I just want to point out, we loved the female worker at the front... She has short hair and it's colored. She was very enthusiastic. Her spirit there made it even better!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Ordering at the electronic kiosk went smoothly, and my soup was ready almost immediately, which was great. However, they forgot my smoothie. When I asked about it, the disheveled cashier told me it was still being made. I waited and waited, growing increasingly uncomfortable as I noticed that the staff all looked unkempt. My appetite was fading with each passing moment. After 20 minutes, they finally informed me that the smoothie machine was broken. At this point, my soup had also gone cold, so I requested a refund for my order. They agreed to refund the cost of the food but said they couldn’t refund the tip I had left, which I felt was overly generous considering the state of the place. I was stunned. This experience was so frustrating that I will never return to any Panera Bread location. Disgusting, unkempt, disrespectful, and dishonest are just a few words that describe this place.
