The morning staff is consistently wonderful, and the food and drinks are always spot on, especially the iced coffee and hash browns. I've been working in Charlotte for eight months, and every visit here has been a great experience.
I really enjoy McDonald's Big Macs, so I tend to visit every couple of weeks. During my latest visit, they got my Big Mac order right, which made me very happy! It seems like customer service for retailers is gradually improving.
My meal was fresh and served hot. I really enjoyed the freshly ground beef on the quarter pounder. I'm a fan of this location!
