McDonald's - Charlotte

I just wanted to comment on our recent visit to these McDonalds. Most McDonalds are basically the same except when it comes to doing cleanliness. Some can be evil. He was really nice and clean. The floors were not delicious and the tables were clean. Food is basically the same as most other McDonalds. When we were gone, a busload came. For some strange reason, the manager started blocking the doors so that nobody else could come in. Your apology was that they had only 1 barbecue open. What's that? And it really wasn't so many people coming.

This one was really nice and clean inside. The floors were not yuck and the tables were clean. Food is basically the same as most other McDonalds. As we left, a bus load was coming in. For some strange reason, the manager started to lock the doors so no one else could come in. Her excuse was that they only had 1 grill open. What does that matter? And it really wasn't that many people coming in.

The food was good. the service was great cash I had. she had a big one. bless and joyful christmas

I would like to congratulate the team at mcdonalds, in particular frank, that it brings the customer service experience to another level. I feel very happy and enjoyed eating, not only because it was delicious, but also because of all smiles and friendly gestures. I will come back and recommend it 100

I went in and ordered on the screen. it took a long time to get my food. but after well 10-15 minutes waiting eating was right and nice and hot. they were low-occupied like any other business, but good enough for 4 stars.
