Mcdonald's - Charlotte

I don’t remember the girl name that work there but she was awesome. Her customer service was amazing the food was fresh and cooked the right way and it was made with love. Usually when I go to McDonald’s the food is cold or not tasting right. Today was a good day this girl was on point and hit and fresh.

How often do you get great customer service by making sure extra cheese is added to the mcdoubles you ordered, when their system doesn't have a button. The Lady on 8/8/21 drive through about 11:45pm whoever is happy enough to do this on a burger is AMAZING! The reason I'm leaving a review! #BAYMONEYTAROT on YouTube

This McDonald's seems like it's been here for forever. From my experience, the food is what you'd come to expect from McDonald's. The staff has always been courteous. I hate that McDonald's quit serving breakfast all day, it was my favorite. I loved getting sausage burritos when I got the munchies at night. Nevertheless, I try and stop here for a caramel frappe when I'm in the area. Price point is fairly inexpensive. Even though there is no longer a dollar menu, there are still several items on the 2 for 4 and 2 for 5 deals.

First I waited 15 minutes before they took mine. lady who drives the commands had a really bad attitude, although I was as polite as possible. I asked them to make our nuggets fresh for a 20pc and 6pc happy eating. she claimed that her whole food was fresh at the moment, I thought why they took so long to take the order. as soon as I got into the window nasty attitude I did nothing of it (must have a hard day). now, when I come home (4 minutes drive from this place) they literally gave me about 10 pommes with my combo and the nuggets looked like they were one or more old (image for reference) I had to choose for the best to give my son. this situation is always a complete disappointment in the afternoons and at night. I stop here when I run late for work, I want to get my son a quick meal and if never disappointed. they have to end all afternoon and the night workers and start fresh. no one wants to work or what? if they don't like their job, there is much more out here; they find something they enjoy, do amd stop ruining customers at night.

Mcdon worstd’s in charlotte, I ordered 3 burgers and 2 were wrong. they took 30 minutes to give me 3 pommes. the kitchen looks really dirty. the manager had a bad attitude and ignored the customers and the guy at the front couldn't use his two hands because he was with one to keep his pants, he scratched his head and didn't wash his hands. this restaurant deserves no star.
