Mcalister's Deli - Charlotte

I have the harvest chicken salad sand, the and tomatoes cucumber salad. Usually I get this all the time at the S.Tryon site and it's really good. This place was very disgusting. They spread each piece a teaspoon of chicken salad on bread, and the salad had no Italian dressing on it, what ever. I will never return to this place again. I'll stay at the place I know next time.

Waited 15 minutes for a turkey sandwich while 5 other orders were served in front of me and the staff laughingly joked around about how the fastest sandwich to make still hasn?t come out. Will not be back to this location.

Restaurants these days are all looking for help and can be hit or miss but this McAlister's is on point! I went in on the late side of the lunch hour. They were having a technical issue with the POS but all the staff are super friendly and the food came out so fast. Fresh ingredients, consistent quality? so appreciated!

In the last month this location has messed up 3 orders, however today was my last time ordering from them. I called and the Manager didn?t care at all he was just rushing me off the phone and told me to call Grubhub well sir this wasn?t there fault whoever bagged my food didn?t put the correct item in the bag and now I?m stuck with a soup I don?t eat and no condiments nor utensils for my Spud which thankfully was correct. I ordered a potato soup and received a broccoli soup and it doesn?t even have my name on it.

Eric, the General Manager, was so helpful to make sure that I got my food after my first assigned by ess driver to pick up my food stolen my food and not deliver. He checked in with me several times and even threatened into a free cookie! I appreciate him so much!
