Leroy Fox Cotswold - Charlotte

Went with four adult family members and two children to sit on the patio. Normally, Leroy Fox does a great job on timing of food delivery and quality of food. Our waiter was not to blame since he wasn’t the one cooking the food. The food ordered arrived hr after we ordered it. Thank goodness the kids food came out timely.The famous fried chicken dishes came out dry and burnt. The manager could only apologize for the lack of food quality and time it took for the food to come out to our table due to being “short staffed”. Not our problem. He didn’t offer to take anything off the bill for any of these issues or provide a gift card for a better experience to get us back into the door. We won’t be going back to this location

Great food. Friendly staff. Slow service.Give yourself AMPLE time.Not recommended for a lunch break you will be late returning. This happened the last times I went thereFood takes a while, but the refills, boxes and checks take ridiculously long

The restaurant is understaffed every time we go in for lunch, making wait times ridiculous to even get the first greeting at the table. The waitress encouraged us to leave since food was taking minutes to come out. There were only a couple servers for the entire restaurant. I hope they get more staff soon

This restaurant has great outside dining and wonderful food. I loved my blackened shrimp wrap and the mac n cheese was the best ever. We will return

Zucchini fries were amazing!! Blueberry smash drink i think that’s it was amazing!!! Food was immaculate, per usual
