I was particularly impressed by the efficient clean-up process, and the hardworking teenagers had my food out to me just a minute after I finished. I ordered one of their signature omelettes, but after just a few bites, I realized I didn’t like it at all. Additionally, being that the omelette was supposed to be protein-heavy, it was surprisingly not fulfilling. Since I have an intolerance to egg yolks, I explained my situation to the waitress and asked if I could order a different omelette. She agreed, which I appreciated. However, I was shocked to find that I was charged for both omelettes when the bill arrived. After speaking with the manager, who also referred to himself as the owner, it was determined that I would still have to pay for both dishes. I find this to be poor customer service. It’s quite disappointing to pay for a meal that I was not satisfied with, especially as a loyal customer. Le Peep really needs to improve in this area. My family hasn’t returned since that experience.
The staff here is fantastic—extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent, and the French toast was the best I've ever tasted. I also appreciated the children's menu, which included great choices and even came with crayons for some added fun.
That was our first time we tried this place and it was a great experience. Our server was fast and did a great job. The food was good and came out very quickly! We plan to come back to try different things on the menu!
Horrible customer service. When asked how was everything, we said it was horrible. The manager?s response was ?but you ate most of your food.? She didn?t even ask to find out why it was horrible. We specifically asked for no toast and butter on our son?s meal due to his severe food allergies. They still gave him toast and butter. The manager?s response after we told her was ?is he going to still be OK?? This place does not admit their mistakes and does not care about fixing their mistakes.
