Lagz Restaurant Bar And Grille

Very poor service. Waiter was a young girl on day 3 of her job, didn't know what she was doing but there was another young waiter who obviously had more experience but didn't really want to help. So 11 of us sat down and was at their mercy. Food was just ok. The oil used for the food was off. At the end if the day, they gave each of is a bill with 18% gratuity automatically on it; then when you go to pay they still ask for tip. Not going back if I ever come back to Charlotte.

Had a great experience!! Drinks were good and Janae was absolutely the best waitress I’ve ever had encounters with!! She deserves a raise! Her energy 10/10 her service was 10/10 I will be back again!!

Food takes too long and tastes old. Prices are way too high. Just found out my favorite bartender antacha is leaving. I only came for her and won’t be back.

Food was horrible. Don’t get the ox tails , they are fatty with zero meat. Even the waiter told the owner they were fatty. The owner did not care and still charged. The owner wouldn’t even come out to talk to me. I’ve been a million times and I was a regular but she still didn’t care. Won’t be back.

The interior design is modern and reminds you of Lagos! The food, drinks and service was 5 STAR
