Where is he? Oh my gosh, first of all, she was talking to us with an attitude. Then I ordered my favorite dish, but it came with an old biscuit, and the flavor was overwhelming—just too strong. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Can not say enough about kfc on woodlawn. service is always hot. I never had a wrong order here. Food: 5/5

I'm confused about why I pay the same price for a 3-piece dark meat combo as I do for a mixed combo. I visited the location at 321 East Woodlawn Road, and my ticket number was 1652, dated 10/13 at 2:19 PM. I didn't make any changes to my order for white meat. I can't help but feel disappointed with the customer service I received today, as it seemed like they didn't acknowledge their customers properly.

I would order 0 star for this location 8 pieces fried chicken extra crispy 4drum 4 thighs, but turned out that I oily soft bun 4 thighs not even warm these chickens I only asked extra ketchup, but she didn't! she said I've done everything you wanted! not professional and not friendly!

We received such a warm welcome upon arrival. Deandrea was incredibly pleasant while taking our order, and she even told us about the special! Although it turned out that she was the only one working, you wouldn't have known it; she handled taking and preparing orders with such grace and ease. I absolutely loved her energy! She definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Deandrea, for giving us a fantastic experience!
