I had the new blackberry smoothie and really enjoyed it. I'll definitely be back! My last experience featured quick and easy ordering, along with great service.

I just want to reiterate what others have said recently—please update your operating hours. It's puzzling why so many places in Charlotte close when there are still thousands of people looking for somewhere to eat.

Didn't appear to have anyone managing the team today 7/27/21. The staff was disoriented. Customers waiting. Orders wrong. No one seemed motivated to do much of anything correct. This is usually a pretty well ran location but today was not a good day.
