Despite the founder's clown-like appearance and the dull decor, Jack's food is a great value.

The staff was welcoming and the burger was amazing! After not eating at Jack in the Box for over 25 years, it was just as delicious as I remembered from my childhood. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were traveling through Charlotte yesterday and were ECSTATIC to find a Jack in the Box location! We fell in love with Jak in the Box while living in San Diego 20 years ago. Since leaving CA well over a decade ago, we haven’t been able to enjoy one as there aren’t hardly any locations on the East Coast or Northeast (We live in Buffalo, NY). The food was more amazing than we remembered and the staff at the Harris Blvd. location in Charlotte was OUTSTANDING! We plan to stop there on our way back to NY from FL next week! PLEASE CONSIDER EXPANDING TO NORTHEAST! People in Buffalo would LOVE Jack in the Box!
