Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe didn't get any items we ordered and got another table appetizers. No one came by bus to the empty place until I tracked someone when we had no more room on the table for new plates. Server was nice, but probably the worst experience I had at a Gyu Kaku.
Our service was great! Food was excellent. We did the standard and there was much more then enough to eat
That's the third time I've gedimated with groups here. The others were excellent experiences. Not so much. 1- Before we got our food, we had to get servers to order drinks from the bar. 2. The server assistant who brought our food spilled meat juice over my men's arm and leg and his answer was oh she're ok right. No one ever came to this or offered apology next to the server assistant who grabbed a handful of paper napkins and dared away. Luckily, I had some Sanitizer tables in my purse so he didn't have to sit with cow blood for the whole dinner 3. We ordered items we had never received and had to ask for items several times before they were released. 4. We were charged for items we never ordered - they were removed from the bill, but it seemed sketched that they were originally there.
Restaurant was very accommodating for our large group, and I appreciate it. Japanese bbq is delicious, and they have excellent variety here.
We had Jay as our server and she was absolutely amazing. She has great people skills, was very informative on the menu, and was on top of everything down to surprising my husband with singing happy birthday!!! We definitely will be back for the food and customer service was 5-Stars!!
