Great place, great eating, great service, at a reasonable price. all boxes.

Always a good experience for me. they also have a scratch kitchen that helps with gluten-free options. too many chains in these days are really only fancy cafeterias, heating or cooking food prepared in factory kitchens, blowing frozen and shipped.

I enjoy our waiter but what I picked to eat yesterday was a poor choice. I selected the salmon and vegetables with side mashed potatoes, unfortunately the vegetables was not cooked at all I didn’t read uncooked but the salmon was good.

Last two times I was there food was amazing but grey goose martini first time sent back 2X. Last time sent back 1X. Next time I’ll order GG on the rocks. Wait staff couldn’t be nicer or more efficient. Really like SP Firebird staff and ambiance.

The waiter was not attentive. I had to remind him about my drink 20 minutes into the meal. No bread. Brought out my drink in a dirty glass. My prime rib was cold. Overall, a disappointing experience. Normally, everything is great so I am not sure what happened this time.
