Dunkin' - Charlotte

I visited this restaurant today and tried their coffee and donuts. I had my dog with me so I had to leave him outside. I asked for a cup of water for my dog, but was surprised to be charged 1.50 for it. I have never heard of being charged for water before. I hope this is not their policy and just the attitude of one person working there.

I really enjoy this restaurant. Bella is fantastic and Emily and Adam are always so helpful. However, the branch manager seems rude to the customers and appears as though she doesn't want to be there. Despite this, I still love coming to this place.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this establishment is lacking. The individual who handles the hot food is quite rude and uncooperative. It is disappointing that this is the only option in the vicinity, as I truly enjoy Dunkin' Donuts.

The one girl who carries a bonnet and believes that his profi to wear in the work was extremely rude and made my ice-cai tea laugh wrong. she said I didn't ask for a dirty chai. not harassed to say something to provoke them. as dieucks barista I will make my own drinks at my job lol.

Very bad experience?I love Dunkin’ I usually go to the one next to my house and it’s perfect, they make perfect coffee and they are always super nice, but this one…It felt like the workers were racists, they treated nice a white man in front of me but not me!Coffee was too strong I asked nicely to put more milk, but the lady refused. Very sad
