Domino's Pizza - Charlotte

My family often orders from Domino's, so when we recently moved to the area, I was worried about finding a nearby store. Luckily, this location is the closest to our house and will now be our go-to for pizza. The quality is great, and I had no issues with my order. Kudos to this location, we can't wait to dine here again soon.

I typically don't prefer chain pizza restaurants, but I was in a pinch and Domino's saved the day. I placed an online order for pickup and had a seamless experience. They were quick with the food and made sure not to skimp on the sauce. The pizza was tasty and cooked perfectly. The lava cakes were a highlight and absolutely delicious. For a quick and affordable meal, the $6.99 deal here is a solid choice!

It is always a better experience to pick up the food yourself. It appears that when they deliver, the food is just thrown together. However, on my second delivery, they got it right and the order was perfect. The food looked amazing and tasted even better.

A picture can say a lot, and unfortunately the pizza I received fell short. Two-thirds of the pizza had cheese but no sausages at all on some slices. Despite ordering it well-done, the dough was still undercooked and soggy. Overall, this pizza was a disappointment.

Worst customer service and management I’ve ever seen. Manager was extremely rude over the phone after canceling our order and then proceeded to hang up on us.
