The staff is a joke could take less care if the food is properly cooked, the customer service is bad, drive thru await a long wait.

Extremely long waiting time. The spokesman did not seem to work properly (damped, not clear, and one could hear the staff talking to each other instead of taking orders). The person in the window stared at me without asking if could help so my order had to repeat 2-3 more times. Even then, did not get everything we had ordered, a milkshake was not properly prepared, others were not even the right taste. Disappointed that after waiting so long in line we did not get what we paid, quality was not good, and service was terrible. In any case, will not come back / will never recommend to anyone else. One of the worst fast food experiences ever.

Expect to wait around 20 minutes in the drive through line if going around 9-10pm. Went twice on different weeknights and both times waited over 20 minutes. Food is decent but ordered bbq plate and 0 bbq sauce, ketchup, utensils or napkins were provided.

Good portion sizing, and service was fast. Only thing is please let customers know if an item is not available. Had ordered nuggets and cheese bites and got fries instead of the nuggets as they weren't available, and would have ordered something else if I had known. Other than that everything was good.

Do you have a tray to have corn dogs onion rings and Hush puppies? taken back 3.5 onion rings. Four cheeses? Maybe? And 0 hush puppies came back by driving through the line, so they yell at me that I should have been in line?. the line that was not moved at all, so I did not go straight into the window that I had already paid and supposedly received my food - they needed to make it right?. Drove away to eat, and the peanut butter or the milkshake I ordered. Didn't have a peanut butter, but she had bananas and oreo, but nothing was actually mixed????????????????????????? This is pitiful very pitiful
