I have bought 10 meals so far. All of my meals were vegan. This is the BEST spot to pick up a quick vegan meal. Every one of the meals has just the right amount of nutrition. They taste GREAT. Highly recommended.

This location is so cute! Always friendly staff and a great selection of meals. They always run a $5 smoothie special and they have the best protein shakes around. Highly recommend.

The food is great. Unlike other locations, the bowls are strictly to go. They also have small bites and snacks like popcorn/fudge ready to go. Smoothies are made to order. Happy to have this place in the South End. I know lots of people are on their meal plans and rave about them.

First time in. I would like to try the meal plan and live the grab and go concept. I do have a couple of requests. Can you make a menu of the meals you have any what is in them for grab and go? Post on website and hard copy in store. Also if possible maybe make print on your labels darker for those of us that are visually challenged. By th time I checked out I was really frustrated. I thought I had picked 3 GF items and got home and put on my glasses and 2 of them were not. There were 2 girls at the store and neither were very helpful for a first time customer. : Lastly, One of the meals I got was the A1 steak. Flavor was very good but meat was extremely dry. Freeze by date on it was November 1st so not sure if that is why. Hope to try again and have a better experience!

You?re not going to find another meal prep service that?s both inexpensive and delicious. I love all of the options they offer and I appreciate the fact that they publish the macros. Great for those who work 9-5, workout, and don?t want to spend their precious few hours in the evenings cooking.
