Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

This is a great Chipotle location! I was a bit skeptical because of the ratings, but my bowl was absolutely delicious. Food: 5/5.

As I usually order the same thing each time, I watched my food being prepared and noticed it wasn't being made correctly. I ordered two bowls with extra protein, one with no lettuce and extra cheese for $4.20. When my order was ready, I went to the shelf to pick it up but noticed it wasn't made properly. One bowl was missing the extra protein I requested. The counter staff opened my order and gave me two small cups of extra protein but said they couldn't do anything else. My other bowl specifically requested no lettuce, but when I got home, it had lettuce in it. Additionally, both orders were missing salsa and grilled peppers and onions. I’ve decided I will never order online from this Chipotle or any other Chipotle again. I used to like the concept of watching my food being made, but it feels like they don't pay attention to online orders, which is very frustrating.

Messed up my order so bad , they literally put everything else in the bowl BESIDES what I wanted. Horrible. Terrible. Stupid.

I have ordered delivery (via the chipotle website) a handful of times and all but one time, they forget to include my salad dressing. I always order a salad and name my order salad dressing, and they still fail to include it time and time again. I have tried to submit a complaint via the chipotle website but it does not allow me to do so as my order was not missing an entire item. This is ridiculous and should not happen. Please remind employees that a salad is not a burrito bowl and should ALWAYS include dressing

Went there three times in one week and they didn't have chips all times. How don't you have chips isnt it the managers job to order this. This blows my mind how incompetent some people can be at doing there jobs smh.Food: 1/5
