Carpe Diem Caterers - Charlotte

We recently dined at Carpe Diem for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant has a unique Art Deco interior that we loved. Our server, Hope, was very friendly and helpful. I started with the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious. My sister tried the wedge salad, which had a unique twist with black eyed peas and avocado - she loved it too. I ordered the fried chicken with black pepper gravy and it was absolutely amazing, the ultimate comfort food. My sister had the filet and also enjoyed it. We highly recommend Carpe Diem and will definitely be back in the future.

I have been a loyal customer for years and this restaurant is a definite standout for food in Charlotte! I highly recommend it, as you can order almost anything on the menu and expect to enjoy it. The fried chicken is exceptional (I know, who would recommend fried chicken?! But trust me, it's not greasy like other places!). The warm goat cheese salad is also a must-try. The dishes are well-prepared with local ingredients and made fresh. Personally, I often order the fish as it is consistently amazing. The shrimp and grits are always on point as well.
