After driving 30 minutes across town with my family that was helping me move to my new apartment, I was told that the manager on duty did not have refund authorization and a refund would be processed on the ensuing day and could not be done that evening. The next morning I return, WITH THE FOOD, only to be offered replacement/vouchers and no monetary compensation. Jeff graham refused to give me my money back, and this is my response is stead of causing a scene. I am irate, and will seek further compensation.
I must say my food was very good! It was hot and fresh! My order was correct as well. The customer service could?ve been a little more professional, but overall a good experience! I would definitely return to this location!
Stop on my way home from work. Th a girl that took our order. She wouldn't give us enough time to finish our order and then she acted like she couldn't understand what we said everything I want I had to pay extra for... Smh. So I just got a fish dinner with extra ???? and that was that
Found out the have daily specials. If you are a senior go on Tuesday. Food is served hot. They took time to explain the menu and give suggestions. Very good food and service.
