Bonefish Grill Charlotte

Nice candlelight dining. Food was great service was nice. First time at this restaurant. I don 't eat a lot of seafood but I do enjoy a little shrimp. So I ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer. And got bang bang shrimp tacos to go. No complaints

AMAZING experience at Bonefish for dinner! My boyfriend and I went for date night for the first time. We’ve driven past this location many times and finally decided to try it. We were certainly impressed! From the greeting to dessert we were floored with the service. Even with being short staffed, our server was attentive and as sweet as can be. And most importantly, our dinner was delicious! Steak cooked perfectly and the lobster (which is typically a splurge for me) was well worth it! We will definitely be back to dine with this location routinely!

The eggs were perfectly seasoned and had the perfect amount of cheese. Bacon perfectly crispy. The french toast was crunchy on the outside and super soft on the inside. 15/10

Good experience with friendly staff. The food was ok. I liked the poke tuna plate but the shrimp pasta was ok needed more flavor). I also liked the bang bang shrimp appetizer)

We are reward members have been to this location many times. We usually set in the bar but it was full. We were told we would still get happy hour prices at our table. We had 3 drinks on happy hour menu. The first problem was my meal was served cold. It was sent back to be heated up.. When we got our bill we were charged full price on the drinks. We asked for a manager and Paul came over. He told us we had to pay full price for our drinks offered no help. We will never return to this place. UPDATE . I received a call from the manager, Andrew. he sincerely apologized for our experience. I appreciated that because many places just don't care..
