Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

The staff working here seemed to lack enthusiasm. The dining area had flies and appeared dirty. While I enjoy the chicken, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and requested a dark cookie, which they were able to provide. It was absolutely delicious! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, although I did find them a bit over-seasoned on the bottom. I typically have had bad experiences at other Bojangles locations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this one. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal from Bojangles.

The worst service ever!!! Ordering the last 4-5 times here for me and my wife was a problem. Rather, it is from objects in which I get it. But if you order and return it and screw it up again. But that's not worse, I ordered a cookie with egg and cheese on the bread. But they give bacon on a cookie and fillet on cookies. I thought it was the two. Once correct, NOPE... they took the bacon and fillet and placed them both on a bungalow and gave it back, the same stuff I order, they just took it from the cookie and put it on a bungalow, but I never ordered the bacon, but it was on the bunk with the fillet.

I have dined this day when I went through the door I heard a lot loud talking and singing and young people jumping around dancing like they were in a club, very unprofessional and uninviting if the checkouts take my order, as usual I asked for hot fresh food, I ordered chicken strips camem food with rice and beans a sprite no ice, safe when I got my meal the chicken

Been here at least 5 times in the past few weeks (while on work trip), the food is great and the staff is efficient. The prices are affordable. Biscuits with Gravy/ Mac Cheese/Chicken and breakfast sandwiches are delicious. The gentleman with braids, who I assume is the manager is awesome and very helpful. You can tell he takes pride in his work and team. He is excellent with customers. The new cashier today, older gentleman (first time I've seen him) was top notch. Might have been the most polite worker I've ever had at a fast food establishment. Made my day brighter just from the interaction. Thank you Sir.
