Applebee's - Charlotte

Slow service, waitress did not care about returning to table to update us on food, manager did the same. Both use the excuse plates were late because they needed Fresh Tortilla Chips. However, appetizer plate was delivered with stale tortilla chips! I will never go back there again. Including ordering food for takeout!

Staff greeted me with a smile and was prompt and getting my food order. Clean and food was delicious

Soooo good and I love the 2/$25 options. I had some amazing caramel dessert! So good! My waitress was very nice and polite and also wore a mask. I'll definitely be back.

Would not try this place twice. when I was pregnant for the first time and came to law with my mother and the waitress was very rude. this time around me I decided to come and give him a second attempt I came with my man and my son and we waited in the entrance for 15min and no one came for us to sit and their two workers sat at the bar, sitting on the bar and with the dame that makes drinks and she was not on the break because she helped one of the customers. we decided to go because if no one came to us to sit, I can't imagine their service at the table, I would understand if they let us know that we short workers give us a moment to sit them, I would understand, but no one came up and the dame that looked at the bar they saw but did not help.
