Another Broken Egg - Charlotte

We came with a group of 9 of us for a Birthday Brunch. Though you cannot make reservations, they kindly offered us a wonderful back room perfect for private parties. We all were impressed with our dishes. I myself, had the best ever apple French toast which came with eggs and bacon!!!! I also enjoyed some delicious mimosas along with my perfect dish!!!

The hubs and I visited on a Friday morning around noon. I ordered the classic French toast which came with eggs and a protein. The hubs ordered the broken biscuit and the Bourbon Street pancakes with a side of grits. The French Toast was cooked to perfection and the pancakes were great and not overly sweet. The broken biscuit was hot and the chicken tender and gravy were seasoned great. Our waitress was also amazing and prompt. The only problem were the grits… they were watery and bland. We will definitely be back!

It was a good dining experience. There aren't many options for vegetarians but I made it work. Our waiter was exceptional. I would recommend for meat eaters, vegetarians not so much. I should mention, I'm a vegetarian that doesn't eat eggs.

We came for lunch and the place was almost empty. It is a good and quiet local spot. Our server and host were very polite and the food was good. Pumpkin waffles were very good. Prices are on the higher end for the type of food.

The waitress was wonderful and the food was appealing to your eyes!! The chicken sausage wasn’t good at all. Everyone food was good!!
