Akahana Asian Bistro - Charlotte

THEY ARE OPEN AND NOT GOING ANYWHERE! amazing food, drink specials, warm atmosphere, sports on the TV's, full bar, staff is nice and helpful, owner is funny, BOGO sushi, and you can even watch your sushi being made. Nigiri, sashimi, and sushi is always super fresh. They have other options too if you don't like sushi. My all time fav place to grab a bite with friends or PERFECT date night idea!

My husband I absolutely love eating here! I swear we’re here at least once a week. Great sushi and the buy one get one free deal is impossible to beat. Our favorite roll is the Jalapeño Bomber roll (pictured on the right). And don’t skip out on the sweet and sour soup. Delicious!!!

The two for one sushi rolls are great. The sushi rice is perfect. Also the pineapple shrimp fried rice is two meals and large shrimp. We will be back.

As a die hard fan of the Akahana in Belmont, I was a bit skeptical of eating at the original location. The parking lot is currently a mess due to construction, however, any annoyance from that is quickly abated by the attention of the wait staff. The sushi is just as good (dare I say better? than the Belmont location. If you're looking for quality, top notch sushi in the Charlotte area, look no further than Akahana!

They have great food and good prices. Love the BOGO Sushi. Their shrimp fried rice is the best in town and the amount of shrimp is out right the most anywhere I go. Great customer service too.
