The Ice Cream Machine - Charlestown

The best homemade ice cream! My kids and I make it a point to visit every week, sometimes even more often!

Every summer, I eagerly anticipate the opening of The Ice Cream Machine. The ice cream is amazing, and they offer a wide variety of flavors. The waffle cones are freshly made on-site and are incredibly tasty. I highly recommend this place! Dave, the owner, is also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

I've heard wonderful things about this restaurant, but my experience was quite disappointing. I tried the coconut almond chip, but the almonds tasted stale, and there was hardly any chocolate in it. I was really let down. I think I'll just continue to go to Sanctuary Dairy Farm instead.

Awesome ice cream and the owner is a hoot! They need to make peanut butter and jelly ice cream more often though lol!
