The Bakery - Charlestown

While home visiting our family in Charlestown, my sister and I stopped by The Bakery this morning on a whim. We were immediately greeted by the friendly young staff, who suggested we try a chocolate chip cookie with our ginger peach iced teas. This cookie was a revelation—the perfect combination of salty and sweet, still warm and soft from the oven, and (boldly) without too many chocolate chips. Meanwhile, the teas were perfect, too—flavorful and refreshing on a humid summer day. We had a wonderful time sitting outside with a group of other people, and we will definitely be back.

Best coffee/ bagels, would recommend anyone to stop here if your in Charlestown!

I tend to get almond croissants whenever I'm visiting a bakery that makes them! This one was one of the best by far!!!
