Przekaż informację zwrotnąPicked up an order for someone else this morning and was overcharged by a lot. Got to the drive through window, paid and waited for order. Worker throws my receipt out instead of handing it to me. The amount was significantly higher than it should be so I ask for them to reprint the receipt. The worker prints out a blank receipt with no items on it reading “$0.00” and hands it to me. By this point people behind me are getting impatient so I just go. I’m not getting reimbursed because I didn’t get a receipt. This Dunkin is horrible ever since they replaced the manager. All the good employees were either fired or left. Dan’s management or Dunkin Corporate need to make some staff changes ASAP.
Staff and management are amazing. Store is clean and stocked and guests are served with a sense of urgency
I don’t know what happened to the Dunkin in Charlestown RI , the workers there are sloppy , I order a coffee the cups are stained with coffee drippings from previous orders. I am always getting coffee with coffee grinds, try using a coffee filter it’s not rocket science. I used to go there 3 to 4 times a day now maybe once a week. I’ve talked to a few people in the area one of my neighbors told me he ordered a regular coffee and got home only to find out he got a cup of warm water. Dunkin you people have problems if you don’t turn this **** around…
Not a thing was right with our order. Cold food and incorrect items as well. Very disappointing
Nancy sucks! She did not give me a straw! Cranky and mean!
