Zaxby's - Charleston

It would be nice to have a bit more speed; the wait times are often quite long! Fortunately, the food was fresh and definitely worth it. The staff was also incredibly friendly!

Review is currently base on food pick up. I ordered food ahead of time for quick pick up but no curb delivery or can’t even go inside to pick it up or at least knock on the door and have someone bring it. Please improve that Updated 9/16/2021 zaxby’s responded to my complaint. Changing from one star to 5. Thank you and keep up with the awesome job of cooking those chicken!

I took my granddaughter out for lunch because she loves going here, and she said everything was great with her order of chicken fingers and fries! It’s a bit pricey, but as long as she’s happy, I’m happy too!

The food was delicious—hot and fresh. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. The lady at the cash register was fantastic and very skilled at her job; she was warm and attentive. Unfortunately, the hazelnut runner is no longer available. Overall, great experience!
