Sauce is bright and tasteful, crust is crispy and thin, the provolone was smokey and perfect. I didn't know the kitchen was closed at 9 and wanted to order the Brisket Slider for Mom at home. Nick, the owner, gave me an order. Praise! blessings on his house. The bride. Yeah, hit my mom and pick me up twice. Recco hearty. And sit back. It's very nice.
First of I would like to say that I am from Europe and have traveled to all corners in Italy. I have made thin crust pizza in a Sicilian stone Cole oven and know what authentic Italian pizza is. I was really disappointed. Not even Papa Johns uses canned mushrooms and these were for sure canned. The sauce has a very strong tomato paste taste. The ham I had on mine was also pre cubed for sure. Definitely not my first, second or 5th choice of pizza. I gave it a try and didn't like it. Its probably ok for a kids birthday party or something but if you like authentic cuisine, stay away from this place. I like my pizza made with fresh ingredients that take me back to my many trips to the western coast of Europe.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD!!! I ordered lunch from here off of Door Dash. A little while later they called me and told me some issues they were having with Door Dash and that they were going to have my entire order refunded but that they would still deliver my food! The man I spoke with even told me that he would deliver my food himself if Door Dash wouldn't. Only 30 minutes later they brought my food hot and ready and it was very delicious!!
The food was great. I drive trucks and I stopped close by for the night. I met the owner and it was a pleasant experience. Very clean restaurant and awesome staff. I order a few slices of pizza and a steak sandwich. This food hit the spot. They have a unique way they finish off the pizza and wow it makes a difference. I really enjoyed this restaurant and I will be back again.
Crust is a great combo of crunch and soft. Love the cold cheese. I get half melted and then I'm given a bag of provolone mix that I put on when I'm ready. Both times I've ordered you can tell made with pride. Quality ingredients. I will say this is not a pizza that reheats well in the microwave. BUT 8 mins in the oven at 350 (if from the fridge) and the crust is perfect! You've got to try it. You get a LOT of pizza in the regular size. Trust me.
