Wasabi Of Daniel Island - Charleston

Great sushi! Fresh fish! One of my favorite sushi spots in Charleston. Love that most rolls can be wrapped in cucumber or have a brown rice option. Naminori roll and the Asian Tartare are my favorite.

We have been going to the Daniel Island restaurant for several years and have never had a problem. The bartenders had to be the rudest people. They were more interested in talking about their personal relationship. Food was not as good as in the past. This will be the last time we will visit. Going out for a few hours should be enjoyable and it was an absolute miserable experience. Never again way to many good restaurants and good people in Charleston.

Ordered takeout and arrived right on time that it said it would be ready. Food was cold by the time I got to my car. Filet and scallop hibachi dinner was small and disappointing. Filet consisted of 5 small bite size pieces that were very dry. I asked for medium rare, but they barely had a hint of pink. Scallops tasted good but there were only 4 normal sized scallops. SC crunch roll just seemed very small for a speciality 14 roll and the crunch had already gotten soft. Definitely not worth the … – show

Great bar service! Our bartender was very nice and from New Zealand we found out! He spoke w my husband for a bit about his country and music. We just stopped for a glass of wine but will be back!

Typical Asian restaurant on the inside. Food is great, service is awesome.
