The service is almost always awful they seem to be mad that they are there..(not the older cook)..no welcome and was charged for food that they didn't have..we waited 15 min to make a to go order while the young lady took orders that came in after we did.. explaining that I wanted a refund cause I payed for lettuce tomato and bacon but they were out the short white cook said “go to the store and get it yourself“..at this point we still had to wait for a manager..so we just took the food and lef … – show
Place was totally full so we went to the other Waffle house 4.3 miles away, as my daughter wanted “Biscuits and Gravy”. After ordering, we were notified they were out of “Gravy”. Very disappointed, as that's the reason we purposely went to Waffle house. She ordered a Waffle alone instead.
Our service was outstanding. An absolute breath of fresh air. A 30 year veteran of the place, Ms. Jameson was a real treat.
