Taco Bell - Charleston

Awesome service at the drive thru. Lady was super nice and friendly. Food was well portioned and my Mexican Pizza didn't look like someone stepped on it unlike the Taco Bell on Huffman Mill rd. I have always enjoyed N Church St. Taco Bell for over 30yrs!!

Well went there today ordered 3 tacos supreme. They use to be kind of generous with what they give you but not anymore. I like sour creme on mine I looked them over , no sour creme not too much of anything else. They use to put sour creme on them butmaybe you have to ask for it now.

Taco Bell has really changed. The food.was better and even the people there were great. Great atmosphere. Haven't been here in over a year because of the quality of food and also the atmosphere of the people were just rude. But I went there and it'stotally changed. Will come back now that the food is better and employees are very respectful.

Around 3 pm I went to the drive thru and was told by an employee that the computer was down and they couldn?t take my order in the drive thru but I can come inside to place my order. I turned back onto the main road then back into the parking lot and thenentered the store. I was greeted with we can?t take your order due to lack of staffing. Why wasn?t I told that in the drivethru?

This is one of the nicer taco bells I went to and a big thank you to adriana (I think I remember right) for the nicest ride through the team without being over the top. she just let me take my time with me or made sure I got the sauces I needed and had a pleasant demeanor over her. nothing above the top. it was perfect.
