Qdoba Mexican Eats - Charleston

Tried to place a catering order for pickup two days prior and they refused stating no staff to prepare.

The Management charged me 20$ more than what i ordered, refused to give me a refund or acknowledge their mistake, when i raised my tone and demanded they fix this issue they called the police on me..... Literally spent thousands there over the years but because i refused to be robbed 20$ more they called the law and banned me. Whats worse is my wife bad nothing to do with this and they refuse to serve her when she comes in by herself, guilty by association even though i committed no crime.. Th … – show

Food was good as always. Dining room was not very clean.

Walked in and immediately noticed a line. Thought maybe it was just a rush. Nope. They had five people working and only one was working the front lint. I saw the other 4 people, but three of them went to hide in the back so they didn’t have to work. The manager didn’t seem to care. Won’t be back. this is the 5th time it’s happened in two months. Not this particular situation, but this type of service.

Horrible service. Five people working and only one was working the line. Everyone else hid in the back in the middle of a rush. The manager cleaned the floor and helped some on the cash register, but didn’t really do anything to correct the service. This is about the third time in as many weeks this has happened. They just don’t seem to care or want to be here.
