Pizza Hut - Charleston

I wish i could give 0 stars. I place a $100 order which took near 2 hours to arrive. The delivery driver handed me the food and took off vefore i could check it. Out of the 9 items order, 5 were missing. I then spent 30 mins trying to call the store but i guess they stop answering the phone a half hojr before closing so they can ignor complaints.

Excellent employees. Being a truck driver the lobby was closed but I was let in to place an order as it was raining outside. Keep up the great work.

Tonight March 24th 2023. I ordered the new York style and a meatlovers melt. I only received the new you style pizza . I called back and the older white male was very rude and acted as if I was lying about not receiving my full order. Then telling me to call back tomorrow. Very rude. Not a nice person at all to be working with the public or around people's food. I will be calling the manager in the morning and will NEVER shop with this pizza hut again, EVER!

Staff was very friendly, pizza was made quickly and delicious.

Door is locked. I don't know how they stay in business.
