Pink Cactus - Charleston

I’m not knocking the cauliflower taco… well maybe just a little. Hey, I’m thankful for a vegetarian option. But the cauliflower is played out. We don’t want cauliflower and if we do at least chop it up or rice that thing. Two to three big pieces of cauliflower is not a fun taco. Instead, we want rice beans, or maybe sautéed spinach with rice, or surprise us with a seitan option! Heck, I’ll even take some diced marinated tofu. But why do all the taco places in Charleston insist on cauliflower? The service was good.

This was our first dinner stop on our trip because it was the nearest place to rent. Dinner was delicous and the chips were fresh. The sauces and dips were perfect. Our tacos were amazing. Very recommended.

I love it here. You have some of the best Queso in town. I love her signature Margarita frozen or on the rock. It is a beautiful relaxed culinary experience. Perfect for a girl night outside want to take a nice bite.

10/10 experience. Yesterday we sat at the bar. Laura the bartender was so sweet and gave me great recommendations for food and drinks. Tried the birria tacos and they are not disappointed. She also recommended Cadillac Margarita and let me tell you it was a game in heaven.

We saw this recommendation in a store not too far away. We wanted to go for the pre-dinner releases, but stayed for dinner! Everything was delicious! Loved the intimate and picturesque atmosphere.
