O'charley’s Restaurant Bar

My family and I had dinner at the West Ashley restaurant yesterday and our waiter Michael was awesome. He was very attentive to our needs and with a party of 12, all our orders came out exactly right! We didn't have to ask for anything more than once and our drinks remained full all night. Thank you Michael for going above and beyond!

The hostess set us right after the arrival. Our waitress came to us in less than a minute. She quickly received our beverage order exactly what we asked. Then we brought our menu orders exactly as desired with the steaks. Thus the restaurant service was excellent with the only disadvantage that noisy children are sitting nearby, distracted by a fabulous lunch.

Everyone saying the food wasn?t good is either too picky or talking about somewhere else cause this meal was just delicious. From the bread to the Huge chicken tenders to the fries to the rice pilaf. Divine, just utterly UNDENIABLY delicious. Also the service is just fantastic. My only complaint is we don?t have one of these back home to eat at.

Based on service alone, I would give 5 stars. Our server Jessica was super attentive and accommodating! When the soup I ordered was too salty, it didn't even blink when I changed my order. The food was good, nothing spectacular. The speed and quality of the service is what would bring me back!

Went to this restaurant on a whim and the server Michael was very helpful making selections. Very friendly and professional. Great attitude and smile. It?s a bonus to eat yummy food that is inexpensive and have great service. The young girl at the front was very sweet as well.
