Mod Pizza - Charleston

I think I made a mistake when the guy cutting the pizzas mistakenly called out the wrong names for the orders. As a result, I ended up leaving without one of my pizzas. The staff seems to have a lot of young, inexperienced workers who really need better training. I don't like to complain, as I've enjoyed this place in the past, but last week's experience really changed my opinion. The girl with the long hair has made me hesitant to return. Many of us agreed that if she handles food, there's a chance her hair might end up in it, which is definitely unappetizing.

The individual pizzas are delicious, and they offer a gluten-free crust option. You can also choose from a wide variety of toppings for an additional cost.

This was our second visit to this unique MOD, and we absolutely love the atmosphere – the aromas are incredible! The pizzas have been fantastic on both occasions. I’m also a big fan of the Greek MOD salad; it’s loaded with toppings and has great flavor. We enjoy stopping by Barnes and Noble before heading to brunch to chat about our latest reads. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for us!

Overpriced Kiddy Pizza that has no deep taste. If you enjoy the taste of $0.99 pizza, this is the place for you. Coupled with the low quality customer service this place lacks personality. Only the salvation of grace is the brick oven crust, which is surprisingly delicious. Nevertheless, it is not recommended yet.

I?m usually never compelled to write a review, however the service here was completely unacceptable. My brother and I walked in mid day on the 4th of July, and walked out with the pizzas pictured. There was at least 9-10 employees up front, which felt a little unnecessary and not one could get our pizza correct (even after giving directions). In addition to this, they dropped one of our pizzas and had to remake it (possibly bc there was so many employees socializing or because they were inebriated) and had to wait another 15 minutes. Again I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was not okay.
