Mcdonald's - Charleston

I would give a zero if I could. We ordered two Kinder cheeseburger meals and received neither. One meal ended up being a four-part chicken feast, while the other came with a mysterious sauce that I couldn't even identify. I've tried to file a complaint, but no one is responding. My advice is to always check your order before leaving the drive-thru. I will never come here again.

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. It was extremely unclean, and the atmosphere was unsettling due to the presence of panhandlers and homeless individuals. The behavior of the staff was also unprofessional. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

I had the worst experience ever! I ordered through DoorDash and my order was mostly incorrect. The biscuit looked and felt like it had been left out on the counter for ages. The eggs tasted like chemicals. I ordered a large coffee but ended up with a small. This is definitely the worst McDonald's in the Charleston area!

I wanted to take a quick bit after work. drive thru lasted 35 minutes when I finally got my act they mayonnaise put on them instead of tartaric acid sauce? I would drive out my way to avoid this mcdonald

That is the worst mcdonald’s where I have ever entered. After waiting for more than 5 minutes in the drive thru line, I decided to go and order. it was by far the most unorganized place I have ever seen, after another 10 minutes waiting time no one had to take my order, so I went. After standing on the inside of the load, I was happy that I could not order food from there.
