Waited 15 min to order, pulled up to the first window, tall guy with twists and braces just looks at me, doesn?t even tell me my total and doesn?t give me a receipt. Pull up to thenext window and wait for another 15 minutes, didn?t get my drinks because they were out, asked what took so long since I?ve beenwaiting 30 min total, asked if I could get some sort of compensation and instead of working with me, the short, heavy set ladywith long braids, some red, claims to be the supervisor, said ?well if you want you can come back here and work since I onlyhave 3 people and our computers and machines are down?. A supervisor wouldn?t have responded that way. Didn?t get my drinks, noheads up that there would be a long wait after I already paid, no sauces, no compensation. She refused to give us her name afterI got home and called.
The absolute WORST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! I placed a mobile order waited over 20 minutes and they said they brought it to me and never did. When I walked in to check on it James(I think is his name) proceeded to argue with me about it even though I clearlywas able to show I place my order on the app at 12:18 and I did not receive it until 12:45 after I was wanting either my moneyback or the food that now has to be thrown away as I only have a 30 minute lunch. I will NEVER be back DO BETTER MCDONALDS THISIS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE
I went up there around 3pm and the doors were locked! Only the drive through was open! If you cannot keep your doors open for customers I cannot/ refuse your drive through! Between workers who refuse to work and restaurants who rather customers not walkinside this message is for you! I'm enjoying a fine meal 1/2 mile away inside!
I don't know what changed but whatever happened don't change it because now the drive through line moves way faster. Food is hot and ready by the time you get to the window. Awesome job guys. It's been like this lately and I really enjoy the change. Inormally go late evening and they use to be slow but now they've been faster than chick fa la.
The order taker lacked listening skills. She overcharged me because of her lack of awareneness. The manager was sweeping the floor, and he paused to get food without washing his hands. These employees need training, because I do not remember McDonald'sas a place with poor cleanliness and less than mediocre service.
