I brought a large work group here for dinner. I arrived early to talk with the staff and ask if they could seat us together. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly accommodating. They were able to seat us all. The food was fantastic. Everyone in our large group loved it. Paige and Lynn were our servers for this large group. They were both amazing. They were incredibly friendly and were absolutely on top of everything we needed.

I ordered the BBQ, brisket, and jalapeño sausage platter. The BBQ and brisket were incredibly tender. The sausage wasn’t quite as flavorful as I had anticipated, but the variety of food available here ensures that you won’t be let down. I highly recommend the fried mac and cheese with tomatillo sauce—it was DELICIOUS! I also enjoyed their greens, regular mac and cheese, and baked beans. My mom and son raved about the banana pudding, too. If you're heading to Charleston soon, I definitely recommend putting Home Team on your list, if only to try their mustard-based BBQ sauce. I promise you'll leave satisfied! **Vegetarian options:** Since it's a BBQ joint, the options are limited. I suspect that even the collard greens are cooked with meat or fat, but I can't say for sure. **Kid-friendly:** Kids are welcome here. We visited during lunch and saw plenty of families dining. I'm not sure about the atmosphere in the evenings or late at night. **Parking:** We parked on the street, but there's also a parking lot nearby. **Wheelchair accessibility:** The restaurant is on one level, making it easy for wheelchairs to move around. There is also patio seating that is easily accessible.

Great local BBQ, loved the chicken and St. Louis style ribs. Great baked beans and Cole slaw.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with kid drink cups and crayons

Very Good BBQ. Amazing wings, Chicken, Tom's Tacos. Delish!!! Definitely coming back. Obviously my plate was finished before I took photo! So Good. Also serve Shiner Bock which is A+ in my book.Food: 5/5

After having a poor experience here, the Manager read the review and responded! I emailed her the following.Received the gift card. That was very generous. A refund would have been good!
