Be cautious when ordering take-out, as there is an additional 15% fee that is not mentioned upfront. I ordered a burrito, which ended up costing over $21 with the pickup fee. We opted for the beef option, but I was quite disappointed; it had very little flavor and was generally bland. Honestly, even Taco Bell or Chipotle would be a better choice. On a positive note, the hostess who brought my food out was very nice, so that was appreciated.

We ordered the Super Sizzler Supper, which arrived with only two sets of tortillas. We mentioned to Chase, the manager, that we needed more tortillas. I noticed Chase watching us eat, and I remarked to my date that it seemed he had no intention of bringing extra tortillas. Eventually, the waitress came over, and when we asked her, she brought us one additional set. We questioned why we weren’t provided with two sets since there were two of us dining and only four tortillas in the wrap. The waitress informed us it would cost an extra $4.00. The manager did not come over to see how he could improve our experience. I couldn’t help but feel that race might have played a role in this situation.

My family of five decided to stop in for a light snack at 1 PM since we had dinner plans at 5 and wanted to escape the heat. The restaurant was not busy, so we weren't occupying a table that could have seated larger parties. However, our waiter appeared to profile us as a biracial family, adding a 20% tip to our bill. The restaurant’s policy clearly states that this gratuity applies only for groups of six or more, yet they chose to ignore that. Anyone in the industry knows what the minimum party size is for automatic gratuity, so claiming it was a mistake doesn’t hold up. This was a clear case of profiling at its worst.

We've been here before. A couple years ago. We were downtown decided to go. The AC was barely working. The beers were not cold. The chicken had a teriyaki flavor to it. None of us cared for our food. Server was nice. Cheese dip was good.

Nothing on tap. At all. Food is absolutely horrendous. Worst place to eat down here ever. Gross AF. You’d have to be absolutely hammered to even try eating here. So bad. How do you make salsa taste like tomato soup.
