Edmund's Oast - Charleston

I absolutely love this place. The food is incredible and so is the beer. I have never had a bad experience and am always looking forward to my next visit. Pro tip, they sell EO gift cards at Costco for 25% off! Stock up to make your visit even sweeter.

Ate outside a couple times but today was my first meal inside the restaurant. Ambiance is great. Service was slow. The menu is always fantastic and the food was good as usual. The pastries are beautiful--today I had the baked alaska and it did not disappoint! Husband doesn't know why I like them so much... said the bread on their sandwiches are too oversized and thought the grits were plain.

We traveled all the way from Florida to stop by this place so my son could enjoy a cider he had tried before. Unfortunately, that cider is no longer available. We decided to try a couple of flights instead, and we were delighted by our amazing waiter! He was friendly and provided outstanding service. The food was fantastic as well.

You'll find excellent food at Edmund's Oast, though it comes with a hefty price tag. Surprisingly, their outstanding beer is quite reasonably priced. Let's talk about their cheeseburger—without a doubt one of the best burgers we've ever tasted. The Caesar salad with shrimp featured fresh, crispy lettuce, quality shrimp, plenty of Parmesan, and a delicious Caesar dressing. The butter noodles for kids were tasty, too. The beers are consistently good, and they offer a fantastic selection. The ambiance is really cool, making it a fun place to visit. However, the food feels overpriced; it shouldn’t cost $65 for lunch, especially when that includes just one $7 beer. But honestly, don’t miss out on the burger.

Very good food! I had the chicken sandwhich boxed lunch and it was delicious! Nice selection of beer and it was good. The PBJ beer was very unique and yummy! Only downfall was we were hoping to escape the heat but had to sit outside due to a rental.
