Chick-fil-a - Charleston

Great food. Super busy. Long line at drive thru but moved pretty fast though.

They always are on point and super nice!!! This location in particular is top in the area!!! We love them!

Service is slow. waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for one sandwich. also, don’t go to this location. Parking lot sucks, have roaches in the ice cream machine and all. overall bad management.

So I went to this location today on my lunch break and I’m trying to figure out why when you go inside it takes at least 30 minutes for me to get my meal on my lunch break. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait that long. And then I ask a team member how long before I get my order and all they keep telling me is that it’s gonna take 10 more seconds… it clearly took longer than that. I know they get busy but it literally took my WHOLE lunch to get a sandwich.

I had to go back inside to get fries for my order because I got everything else except for fries for each one of my combos I know it was a lot but no excuse
