Bella Roma Italian Food - Charleston

This place is incredibly delicious. My daughter and I are head over heels for Wild Olive’s gnocchi, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but these are a very very very close second. Can’t wait to try more things!

Don't let the food court location stop you. The food is great!! The bolognese sauce on the gnocchi is so good. The gnocchi are like little clouds!The lasagna and eggplant are great. The portions are huge.I do wish the eggplant came with pasta. I would love if they gave you bread too.Definitely on my regular rotation. Piping hot delivery from Doordash.

Wow. We ordered the Lasagna and Fettucine Alfredo. Both were well packed and still warm by the time we got home (10-15 minutes). A must try.I’m excited about the take and bake options they have plus being able to buy family sized meals.

The atmosphere is a mall food court, but the food was excellent. My third try to find good eggplant parm and mission accomplished. Reasonably priced, though it you want spaghetti with it you have to request and pay extra $2. Still great deal for what you get and absolutely delicious. Who would’ve thought I’d have to go to the mall to finally find Italian food I liked? For takeout especially you will absolutely not be disappointed.

We love coming to Bella Roma! The owner and rest of the staff are so incredibly friendly. We usually come for a 14 pizza, but we have also tried the spaghetti and meatballs (delicious gnocchi with pesto (gnocchi itself was great, but we prefer stronger basil taste, less creamy pesto sauce , the arancini (they only have it occasionally but it is SO GOOD and we'd order it every time if we could! and we've tried several of their homemade cakes like the blueberry lemon cake, carrot cake, and coconut cake. Each is absolutely fabulous. We'll be back soon!
