Arby's - Charleston

I've been to this restaurant three times in the past few weeks, and each time I've been told they're out of beef! How can Arby’s, a roast beef restaurant, run out of beef so frequently? It's absurd!

I can understand someone saying that if I had an unpleasant attitude, but I was being perfectly polite. It felt like he was trying to provoke me or show off, but I refused to give him the satisfaction. When he finally reached the register, he said, "OK, talk to me." His attitude was completely unnecessary and felt quite racially charged. I probably should have left at that point, but I was craving an Arby’s sandwich. It's unfortunate that some places treat customers poorly to discourage them from returning, but it worked on me—I won't be coming back. To top it off, the fries were cold, and the sandwich was messy.

The person ahead on me at 9pm waited about 5 minutes and left. I did the same and no one ever came to the speaker, this was at 9:10pm. As I drove by the window there are ppl there obviously not working or doing anything. Terrible. I won’t ever go back to this Arby’s.

Worst assistance ever waited 5 minutes just to talk to but waited 20 in the line getting to order not gonna mention the 20 waiting for food
