Przekaż informację zwrotnąPoor service, I waited in the drive through line for 15+ minutes and then had to go inside to get my food because no one was bringing out the food which completely ruins the point of a drive through. When we parked in line the worker bringing food to the truck in front of us was taking a call on her personal cellphone, put the phone in her pocket to deliver the food and proceeded the call once they drove away. Unprofessional.
Very disappointed in this culvers tonight. This is the second time we have had issues but this time we waited over 30 min for our food which we ended up just getting a refund and leaving. it was Placed online and the store was told we were there when we arrived. Husband waited curbside 15 min after the time it said it would be ready after seeing cars get their food and leave but not his. A guy said it would be right out and 10 min go by and still no food. So he goes in to talk to someone. Some girl hands him our food 25 min later after the order was placed but no drinks. When asked where the teas were they said oh we don’t have any made right now we are making some. 30 min after our order was placed. There was No manger on duty. Just a teenager who was a shift lead. We just got the refund and left but this is ridiculous. No adults there. Just kids. No organization. Do better.
I got the Walleye that was supposed to be for lent. It was awful. Skin was on it,then a clear layer of a clear gel, then mushy fish. It was actually disgusting
Went to the Culver’s on Rusty Rd in St Louis at lunchtime .They served me a hamburger that was cold and a brown wilted “Fresh salad “ I asked the cashier and the manager to feel how cold it was neither one would! They did refund my money.They lost a customer for life and I will let everyone know my experience at this terrible so called restaurant
Poor customer service. The managers were less then helpful
